Egorov Puginsky recruits from DLA Piper
Olga Mischenko, formerly of DLA Piper, is to join the St Petersburg office of Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners as head of construction and PPP.

She has, according to a statement issued by her new firm, ‘extensive experience of conducting independent due diligence on real estate transactions, including drafting and legal analysis of sales and construction contracts (including FIDIC standards)’.
