BNP's former head of compliance, Vivien Levy-Garboua, and its head of ethics and compliance for North America, Stephen Strombeline, are among 13 executives leaving the bank.

The 13 executives are leaving as part of an agreement with the US Department of Justice which brought the prosecution. BNP pleaded guilty to sanctions violations in relation to Sudan, Iran and Cuba. Sullivan & Cromwell advised the bank on the case. Source: TribLive
