Freshfields and Linklaters lead UK IPO rankings

In an unusually active period covering the first eight months of this year, when 49 companies joined the main UK stock market, Freshfields acted for more sponsors and Linklaters for more bankers than other firms.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer acted for six sponsors, followed by Ashurst which advised four. Regarding bankers, Linklaters acted for seven, followed by Clifford Chance and Norton Rose Fulbright which acted for four each. Source: The Lawyer
