HFW launches formal law alliance in Singapore
Holman Fenwick Willan has entered into a formal law alliance (FLA) in Singapore with local law firm AsiaLegal, with the entity operating under the name HFW AsiaLegal.

The FLA, formed between HFW’s Singapore office and the four-director local firm, has been approved by the Singapore Attorney General’s Chambers. It became effective on July 1st and enables the firm to undertake work that requires expertise in both English law and permitted areas of Singapore law. HFW’s clients will now be able to access services that include dispute resolution, transactions and regulatory expertise.
