Hillary Clinton's use of private emails was almost scary, says Reisman partner

Hillary Clinton's reliance on her personal email account during her time as US secretary of state was 'foolish' and 'scary', according to Jerry Reisman, partner and government ethics lawyer at Reisman, Peirez, Reisman & Capobianco.

The issue is raising some controversy for Mrs Clinton, the front-runner in the Democratic race to become the presidential candidate for the 2016 election. She used her own account to do much government business - a point which is being seized upon by Jeb Bush, a Republican front-runner.
