Mayer Brown recruits Paris stars on route out of Davis Polk

Two lawyers who have both worked at Davis Polk and Freshfields are joining the Paris office of Mayer Brown on 1 April, taking on roles as partners in the corporate and securities practice.

Arnaud Peres joins directly from Davis Polk where he was a partner. He has one of the highest profiles possible for a French corporate specialist, including Carrefour and EDF as clients.  Jean-Francois Louit, formerly of Davis Polk, comes over from Scotto & Associes where he was head of corporate M&A.
