Mr Coleman will take up the position of chair of the firm’s 21-member Management Committee next January. He has been with McDermott for 24 years and serves as the global head of the firm’s Corporate & Transactional Practice and as the partner-in-charge of the Miami office. His practice focuses on matters related to health care M&A, health care private equity and health system representation.

Mr Stone and Mr Sacripanti are stepping down after eight years at the helm; both will remain on the firm’s Management Committee and will return to practicing law full time.
