Pinsent leads on advising companies on Aim junior stock market listing

Pinsent is followed by the offshore law firm Carey Olsen, then independent London law firm Memery Crystal in a ranking of advisers to the AIM market, by Adviser Rankings.

Legal firms were permitted to accept outside investment under a rule change in 2011 bluebay

The next three firms are Wragge Lawrence Graham (now merged into Growlings), Kerman and DLA Piper. Pinsent had 59 clients in July this year. Carey Olsen had 42. Memery Crystal accounted for 40, while Wragge was just behind on 39. Kerman came in at 37, with DLA hitting 34.

Five clients down

Other tables compiled in January suggest that Pinsent has five fewer AIM clients than it did at the start of the year. The other firms are far more constant, and Kerman even added two clients in the last six months.
