Lisbon firm Vieira de Almeida is setting up shop with a local practitioner in Dili. The office will also include two lawyers from the firm - senior associate Hugo Nogueira Campaniço and project finance associate Filipa Serra. It will be part of VdAtlas, Vieira’s international framework, and will focus on telecoms and oil and gas. Source: The Lawyer
