Cross-border mergers and acquisitions specialist Campbell Davidson will join as partner from leading Asia-Pacific firm Allens, while recent hires Richard Pascoe (from Truman Hoyle), Louise Boyce (from DLA Piper) and Anna Elliott (from Holding Redlich) will also staff the new office.
In a statement, the firm said it views Sydney as a ‘strategic financial and corporate hub in the Asia Pacific region’.
