The report from which the conclusions are taken is based on responses from lawyers and non-lawyers in 122 law firms in Australia and New Zealand. Some 80 per cent of respondents said that client demand for better value was driving change, in both positive and negative ways. Some 90 per cent are focusing on growth and cost-cutting.
