The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans held that the firm and two partners used commercial speech on a website, as a part of searching for potential plaintiffs, and that they must now defend a defamation claim made by the Kool Smiles organisation. Kool Smiles has alleged false advertising, cyberpiracy as well as defamation and other claims. Source: ABA News
