The JDJournal reports that the new office will be led by Philip Zhang and TK Chang, two senior lawyers who have 50 years of private practice experience with international law firms between them.

'Problem solver'

The firm also boats more than 40 partners who hold US law degrees, and they will provide support when needed.
Mr Chang commented: ‘We will try to be a problem solver for US companies doing business or investing in China.’
The opening coincides with the firm’s 20th anniversary. Zhong Lun Law Firm has over 700 licensed lawyers, including 160 partners, and focuses on transactional, IP, real estate and tax law.
