US compliance directors set for 5.2pc salary growth in 2015

The Robert Half Legal 2015 Salary Guide predicts the biggest increases for compliance officers of ten years standing (5.2%) and for ten-year qualifieds at small to midsize law firms (4.9%).

In general, average starting salaries for legal professionals will go up 3%, according to the recruitment specialist. Charles Volker, Robert Half Legal’s executive director, said: ‘Competition among law firms and companies is increasing for legal professionals who specialize in high-growth specialties such as litigation, healthcare and commercial law.’ Source: Virtual Press Office
