Nonkululeko Mkhwanazi is an Associate in the  Employment & Benefits Practice at Bowmans law firm. She graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2013 and joined Bowmans as a Candidate Attorney in 2014. Nonkululeko was promoted to Associate in 2016.

Nonkululeko has a keen interest and passion for employment law and has a particular interest in advising on restraints of trade, the employment consequences of commercial transactions; the disciplining of employees, unfair dismissals and unfair labour practices, dismissals for operational requirements, section 197 transfers, unfair discrimination in the workplace and employment equity.
