A seasoned corporate and M&A specialist, Dr Girnth most recently served as managing partner of DLA Piper’s Frankfurt office and co-head of the firm’s corporate practice group in Germany. She brings to Bryan Cave extensive experience working with multinationals and SMEs on all elements of M&A transactions, with particular expertise drafting and negotiating relevant contracts, setting up and performing due diligence procedures and developing pre- and post-merger strategies for clients.
