DAC Beachcroft has announced that a five partner-led team has joined its Glasgow office from BLM Scotland. The firm says the appointments further strengthen their national claims solutions business.

Strategic hire

Partners Louise Gallagher, Gillian Rushbury, Rachel Rough, Iain Buchanan and Jamie Varney completed their move on 4 November 2019, bringing with them extensive experience of handling complex and high value injury claims. “Our strategic hire of a market leading team from BLM Scotland is highly significant as we continue to grow our Claims Solutions business,” said Craig Dickson, ceo of DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions.

Strengthens position

Mr Dickson explained, “The movement of talent within the Scottish insurance legal market has been impacted by consolidation in recent years.
