Ms Hagedorn has acted for both corporate and individual clients in a broad range of sectors, including financial services, oil and gas, and telecommunications, in connection with criminal and regulatory investigations and compliance matters.  She also has experience of conducting large scale commercial litigation before the English High Court.  'Kelly is an exceptionally talented lawyer and her promotion to partner is an exciting moment in the development of our white collar practice in London,' said London Office Managing Partner Charlie Lightfoot.  'She is integral both to the continuing growth of our London office and to the firm’s broader international white collar practice.' Before joining Jenner & Block in 2015, Ms. Hagedorn served as a senior associate in the London office of an international law firm.  She has also undertaken secondments to the Serious Fraud Office and a major telecommunications company.  At the Serious Fraud Office, she worked on a number of cases dealing with the restraint and confiscation of proceeds of crime.  During her time with the telecommunications company, she helped develop and implement the company’s group-wide anti-bribery compliance programme.  Ms Hagedorn received her B.A. in Jurisprudence from Hertford College, University of Oxford.
