Robin Foster joins children's hospital as GC

Robin Foster from Husch Blackwell will take on the role as general counsel of Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics starting later this summer.  
Mr Foster has advised the hospital as an outside counsel on legal matters for some time but he will now be taking over for Sally Surridge who was general counsel for 12 years, Kansas City Business Journal reports.

Siobhan Moriarty is replacing current global legal chief Tim Proctor after his 13 year reign at drinks giant Diageo, according to Legal Week.
Ms Moriarty will head their general counsel from 1 July after leaving her former European GC role at the company. Diageo is home to some of the largest drink brands including Smirnoff, Jose Cuervo and Guinness.

Leading provider of intelligent Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions for the world's top brands Clarabridge recently selected Karl Knoll as general counsel.
Mr Knoll will be responsible for the strategic legal transactions as the company continues to expand. He will say goodbye to his partners in the emerging companies/venture capital practice at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice. There, he represented technology companies and venture capital investors while focusing on mergers and acquisitions, reports Market Watch.
