Swedish company Sandvik Group appointed Åsa Thunman to executive VP and GC of Sandvik Mining.  Sandvik also announced that Scot Smith will be its new president. Sandvik president and CEO Olof Faxander said: ‘Both Åsa Thunman and Scot Smith have extensive experience from relevant industries and companies.’  Source: Wall Street Journal
