Visteon Corporation, an American global automotive parts company, has named Peter Ziparo as its vice president and general counsel.  He has worked at Visteon as associate general counsel since 2002.

Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan approved the appointment of Ikechukwu Oguine to head of legal services at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).  Oguine has 29 years’ legal experience and previously worked for Chevron Nigeria Ltd as general counsel.  Source: Premium Times Nigeria
