General Electric in European legal panel shakeup
General Electric has trimmed back on its European legal panel in a move led by the company's internal procurement team.
GE makes European cutbacks
According to The Lawyer, DLA Piper, Eversheds and Squire Sanders fitted the bill whilst Wragge & Co is no longer part of the new team. The firms were selected using a matrix analysing a number of business areas which included sectons known as ‘rooms’.
GE Capital UK general counsel Lorna Curry headed the team on the panel review for the company’s finance unit GE Capital.
