Professional services collaboration

Professional services firm Deloitte, various executive search professionals and general counsel have all collaborated with InsideCounsel to compile the list, separating it into the five most prominent legal areas: governance and securities, litigation, intellectual property, compliance and M&A/transactions.The lawyers on the list all report directly to the general counsel and have been evaluated according to skills believed paramount to taking on the role of GC, such as business acumen, leadership skills and risk evaluation.
