The adverts hit screens yesterday on channels including ITV1 London and Sky 1, while London radio listeners will also have heard the claims to a ‘caring and jargon free’ approach to legal services.
The Law Gazette reports that the adverts were created by agency Leo Burnett, with the TV ad directed by a former barrister, Jamie Rafn.
Access to justice
Marketing director Ian Mackie said the campaign – which features ‘real life’ stories and ‘expert, honest advice and clear pricing’ - is intended to build its brand and support the company’s expansion.
He said: ‘Our offer has never been more relevant, particularly with the changes to legal aid and the questions this raises about access to justice.’
