Specialist energy firm to close down by year end

A decrease in oil prices has dragged down the firm's revenue, according to the managing partners Richard Burleson.

Decade of practice

He says that all five of the offices - in Denver, San Antonio, Houston, Pittsburgh and New Orleans - will close by the end of this year. There are currently about 60 lawyers in the practice. Burleson LLP was founded ten years ago and had 140 lawyers at its peak. Sources: Law360; Burleson
