Are you ready for what lies ahead?
Three-day online Global Legal Post course, in association with Lexington Consultants, addressing the current challenges as well as the opportunities ahead for law firms in 2021. The unique faculty of consultants leading this MBA-style course have held senior positions at some of the world's most successful law firms.
"We've designed this course for law firms trying to make sense of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in these uncertain times," Peter Cornell, chair, Lexington Consultants, and former global managing partner, Clifford Chance
Overview
The Covid-19 pandemic is proving to be the ultimate disrupter. It has generated unprecedented client demand for business-critical legal advice against the background of intense cost pressures, forcing law firms to abandon long-established working practices and reshape their business models.
This Masterclass will draw on a world-class faculty of former law firm leaders and specialist consultants to equip attendees to meet the challenges of the post-Covid business environment. It will be highly interactive, enabling participants to discuss their challenges with leading experts. Delegates will also have the opportunity to work in small groups with colleagues from other firms, sharing experiences, discussing case studies and building relationships. The course will also feature guest appearances from a selection of leading general counsel.
