Class action law firm Milberg joins forces with pharmaceutical litigation law firm

The two have combined forces to take on global corporations, particularly focusing on commercial and pharmaceutical litigation, class actions and whistleblower issues.

Class action law firm Milberg is joining forces with Sanders Phillips Grossman to create a new partnership. Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman will be headquartered in New York but will represent clients across the US. Milbank is located in New York whilst Sanders Phillips has offices in Seattle, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico. Milberg, which was set up in 1965, was one of the first law firms to pursue federal class actions on behalf of investors and consumers. Ariana Tadler, managing partner at Milberg, who has been with the firm for 20 years, said of the move: 'Milberg’s proud history is the launching point for this strategic partnership. Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman will have the resources necessary to take on the largest corporations and institutions on behalf of consumers, investors, institutional clients, and those that havelong been under-represented to achieve justice.'

Defective drug and device litigation

Management team

High profile trial lawyer Peggy Wedgworth will join Ms Tadler on Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman’s management team, along with Mr Phillips and Mr Grossman. Milberg  will continue to exist as a legal entity while its future operations are transitioned to Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman.
