In the headlines

The bank has been in the headlines over recent years following a major restructuring after announcing in 2015 that 15,000 jobs would be cut by 2018. That move saw Slaughters & Cromwell advise the bank on a $5.1 billion rights issue designed to cover the costs of the restructuring.
