The firm, founded by Mike Regitz and Dustin Mauck, formerly of Norton Rose Fulbright, is focused on providing services 'to clients who recognize that high quality legal representation does not necessarily have to come at a high price', said Mr Mauck. Mr Regitz said: 'Costs associated with intellectual property litigation have exploded in recent years, and a significant portion of those costs can fairly be attributed to legacy systems, practices, and habits that are not sufficiently aligned with client objectives.'  Source: Dallas Business Journal
