The 2018 partners-elect are: Jeffrey Bank in antitrust, based in New York; Adam Bloom from corporate. based in Palo Alto;  Matthew Bresnahan from patents and innovation based in San Diego and Los Angeles; John Brust who in corporate, based in Seattle; Becki DeGraw from corporate, based in San Francisco; Shannon Delahaye in corporate also based in Palo Alto; Wendy Devine specialising in patent litigation, based in San Francisco; Brandon Gantus in employee benefits and compensation, based in San Francisco; Mark Holloway in mergers & acquisitions, based in Washington, DC; Jennifer Knapp from corporate, based in Palo Alto; Derek Liu in mergers & acquisitions, based in San Francisco; John McGaraghan in technology transactions, based in Palo Alto; Aaron Prince, energy and infrastructure finance, based in New York; Jason Storck, employment and trade secret litigation, based in Austin and Seattle and Matthew Wiltermuth, technology transactions who is also based in Palo Alto. 

Cooley raid

The law firm lost lawyers earlier this year to Cooley whch hired a team from the firm's New York and Washington offices and more recently hired Wilson Sonsini corporate partners Jon Avina and Calise Cheng  Rachel Proffitt in California.
