Alberto Del Panta

Alberto Del Panta focuses his practice on litigation in civil and commercial matters, and on domestic and international arbitration. He gained significant experience in assisting clients in complex contentious situations, both in front of state courts and before ad hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals (e.g. Milan Chamber of Arbitration and International Chamber of Commerce). His legal experience covers a wide range of topics, such as NFTs, construction contracts, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts and corporate law. Alberto regularly acts as tribunal’s secretary in arbitration proceedings, and he is also a teaching assistant at Bocconi University in Milan, where he focuses on public law and international law.
