Alyce is a senior associate in Pinsent Mason's Employment & Incentives team and advises UK and international clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. She supports employers through the employment lifecycle, from day-to-day HR issues and complex employee relations matters to Employment Tribunal litigation and corporate transactions. Alyce has particular experience working with HR and business leadership teams, providing commercial advice that aligns with organisational objectives. She also has a growing specialism in equality and discrimination law, with a particular interest in family and parental rights.
Alyce manages day-to-day relationships with several core clients, providing strategic overview, delivering data-driven reporting, and proactive training and risk management support. While advising clients across a range of sectors, Alyce has developed a particular focus on the luxury retail market. She is interested in the unique workforce challenges faced by luxury brands, including attracting and retaining talent, maintaining exceptional customer-facing teams and supporting businesses through change in a highly competitive and brand-conscious environment.
