Ana Padial

Ana Padial works as a partner and head of the Litigation Department of Arochi & Lindner’s Spain Office. Since 1998, she has focused her practice in advising and designing strategies in industrial property matters for all kinds of pre-judicial and judicial disputes in administrative, civil and criminal proceedings regarding trademarks, copyrights, patents, industrial models, advertising and unfair competition. She has assumed the legal direction of proceedings regarding these matters for leading companies of several industries such as the fashion, food, automotive, and entertainment industries, as well as financial services, among others. Since 2006, she has been working as the attorney in Spain who represents the brands of one of the five largest food industry multinationals in the world. Ana is an active member of INTA, MARQUES -she has been a member of the Amicus Curiae Team for more than eight years-, AIPPI, and the Barcelona Bar Association. Ana is a certified industrial property agent and has published several articles for specialized magazines and for the press on industrial property matters. Highly committed to her field of specialization, Ana has taught the Master of Law at the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) and at the University Abat Oliva of Barcelona where she has been a member of the board for the presentation of the TFM (Final Master’s Thesis) in Law at the aforementioned university.
