Andrew M. Levine

Andrew Levine is a litigation partner at Debevoise & Plimpton, a member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group, and a co-leader of its ESG practice. Andrew is well recognized for defending companies and individuals in criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement matters and for conducting internal investigations. He frequently advises clients throughout the world on a broad array of compliance and ESG matters, including conducting risk assessments, enhancing compliance programs, and mitigating risks presented by potential mergers, acquisitions and other transactions. Andrew has been recognized frequently as a leader in his field, including by Chambers, The Legal 500, Global Investigations Review, and Latin Lawyer. Before joining Debevoise, Andrew served as Deputy Counsel to the Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme and, earlier in his career, worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
