Andrew is a partner and head of William Fry’s Corporate/M&A department. He advises on complex public and private M&A, private equity, and cross‑border transactions across key Irish sectors including energy and infrastructure, technology, media, and telecommunications, and pharma/biotech. Andrew regularly acts on market‑leading deals (including several of the largest Irish transactions in recent years) and contributes to William Fry’s M&A Review.
