Aurélie Pacaud

Aurélie Pacaud is Counsel in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications team of Gide Paris. She has cross-disciplinary expertise in matters relating to data protection, contracts, technologies and platforms, digital health and media. Aurélie advises her clients in data protection law matters (compliance, analysing complex projects, managing data breaches and CNIL controls), and works on financing and other transactions relating to companies in the tech sector. Aurélie joined Gide in 2014, where she spent eight years before joining Doctolib’s legal department. Aurélie rejoined Gide in 2023.
