Aybuke Sezer graduated from the Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2021. She is currently continuing her master’s education in Bahçeşehir University’s LLM programme on Capital Markets and Commercial Law, with a focus on a comparative review of FIDIC contracts for her thesis.
She started working at Cetinel Law Firm in 2021 during her legal internship, and as of 2023, she became a licensed attorney registered at the Istanbul Bar Association.
She focuses on international construction projects’ pre- and post-tender phases, in particular providing consultancy on contract reviews and risk management with respect to various jurisdictions. She also has experience in conducting international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of institutions such as the International Court of Arbitration and the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
