Ayman Ibrahim is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel in Dubai. Ayman is a bilingual lawyer, fluent in Arabic and English, in 2007 he obtained B.A in law from Alexandria University, Faculty of Law- English Department. After completing internship, Ayman commenced his carrier as an independent lawyer and legal translator before Egyptian Courts, then he joined one of the most pioneer companies in the field of Media & TV Channels reporting to the general consultant of legal affairs all over the world. He is an active member in the Egyptian Lawyers Syndicate – Appeal Degree admitted appearing before all Egyptian Courts of First Instance, High Court of Appeal, Economic Courts, Court of Felonies and Misdemeanours and Military Courts. In 2014, Ayman has moved to Dubai and start working as a legal consultant, where he enhanced his knowledge and legal experience in practicing Criminal Law “Felonies & Misdemeanours” including Extradition Requests upon the Interpol Request, Real Estate Law No. 13 of 2008 and its amendments, Real Estate Cases related to termination of SPA & Reservation Forms due to breach of contractual obligations by the Developer. He has outstanding experience in Civil & commercial Law, Rental Cases, labor law as well as drafting and reviewing contracts, moreover Ayman is eligible to provide clients with legal opinions in different fields of law. Ayman has been practicing cases related to Federal Tax Authority & Taxation Law, particular cases relating to UAE companies’ law such as claiming for nullifying the Procedures of General Assembly meetings, dissolutions of companies and responsibilities of board of directors. He acts on behalf of clients before public prosecution including submitting evidence, statements, and documents which support their positions through admitted lawyers.
