Bébhinn’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, regulatory litigation and investigations. She represents and advises clients in the resolution of disputes predominantly in the Commercial division of the High Court. She has extensive expertise advising online platforms on contentious issues arising from user-generated content, the use of AI, commercial agreements, jurisdictional issues and regulatory regimes. Bébhinn also assists clients with cross-border litigation and has expertise in cross-border fraud claims, including in relation to cryptocurrency. She works extensively with foreign counsel, including advising on the EU Regulations governing jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
