Benson is an associate in the Commercial Litigation team at DAC Beachcroft’s London office. Benson acts in a variety of commercial and technology disputes for individuals, corporates and public sector bodies. He has worked on trials, appeals and investigations, including before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Benson also acts on reputation management and media law disputes (including defamation, privacy and harassment), providing strategic advice on online content, platform liability and crisis scenarios.
