Bogdan Bibicu brings nearly 25 years of experience as a private practice lawyer across the CEE, SEE and London markets, having practised with a Magic Circle firm and leading regional law firms. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise spanning a broad range of transactions, project structuring and implementation, judicial reforms, compliance, investigations, white-collar crime, asset recovery and related advisory work, advising prominent international, regional and domestic clients. Bogdan has established and led multidisciplinary teams across several practice areas, including Asset Recovery, Compliance, Crisis Response, Investigations & White-Collar Crime, Banking & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, TMT, Projects, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceuticals and Disputes. He serves as an Officer of the International Bar Association’s Anti-Corruption Committee and, in addition to his legal qualifications, holds certification as an ISO 37001 Auditor (Anti-Bribery Management Systems). A regular speaker at industry events, Bogdan contributes to several specialist task forces addressing, among others, corporate criminal liability, anti-corruption frameworks and the recommendations of the OECD Working Group on Bribery concerning non-trial resolutions. He is also a member of a task force advising other jurisdictions on the development of robust regulatory frameworks in compliance, anti-corruption, public procurement and related fields.
