Brighton Mahuni is a Partner of Scanlen & Holderness Legal Practitioners. He has over 10 years of experience as a legal practitioner. Over the years, Brighton’s practice has covered Conveyancing, Notarial Practice, commercial litigation, legal drafting covering contracts and other commercial agreements, advising on employment-related matters, conducting disciplinary hearings and litigation on employment-related matters, conducting arbitrations and appearing before arbitral tribunals, advising on Estate Planning and tax-related issues and corporate advisory. He is also a registered Conveyancer and Notary Public. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Midlands State University and a Masters degree from the University of London (with distinction) majoring in corporate and commercial law. He specialises in corporate and commercial law and is currently the head of the firm’s Conveyancing and Real Estate Department.
