Bruno Nunes

Bruno Nunes is the founder of the Macau and Portuguese business law firm BN Lawyers and practices in the areas of corporate law, intellectual property, gaming law and arbitration. He is a registered lawyer in the Macau Lawyers Association, the Portuguese Bar Association and the Department of Justice of the Guangdong Government (China). In his practice, Bruno sees clients from across the globe. He approaches each case and challenge with special attention – delivering a cutting-edge solution that meets each client’s unique needs. With over two decades of legal experience, Bruno is well-equipped to handle your distinct case. Born in Mozambique, he speaks French, English and Portuguese. He is a member of a number of prestigious organizations including the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Macau Municipal Affairs Bureau – Member of Consultative Council, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Portuguese Arbitration Association. He serves as chairman of the Lusophone Arbitration and Mediation Association (Macau), a mediator with the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center (China), and an arbitrator of the five arbitration centres: World Trade Centre of Macau, Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration (China), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (China), South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) and the Mozambique Centre of Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation.
