Cathy Beagan Flood is a partner in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon, where she co-leads the Firm’s Toronto Litigation & Dispute Resolution group and heads its multi-disciplinary Cybersecurity practice. Cathy is an experienced litigator with deep expertise in complex commercial and regulatory disputes, as well as class actions involving privacy, antitrust, insurance, product liability, misleading advertising, telecommunications, and consumer protection. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in 19 appeals, arguing leading cases on commercial law, constitutional issues, privacy, and freedom of information. Her national litigation practice spans trial courts in every province, appellate courts across Canada, and a wide range of administrative and arbitration tribunals.
