Charlemagne Rae P. Chavez is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He has represented clients in domestic and international commercial arbitration cases involving public utilities, energy, real estate, and mining companies. He handles complex litigation involving cybersecurity and data protection, cross-border corporate rehabilitation, and global financial transactions. He has appeared in various quasi-judicial agencies, trial courts, and the Supreme Court and has orally argued a case before the Court of Appeals. Mr. Chavez is a trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Ateneo Law School in 2015.
