For the last 20 years, Charlotte has specialised in complex high-net-worth cases with an international element, involving tax and trust/foundation issues, substantial business assets and partnerships. She has also developed particular expertise in international agreements (prenuptial, postnuptial, and civil partnership). In addition, she advises regularly on patrimonial / asset structuring.
She has been an accredited collaborative practitioner since 2006 and, over the course of her career, has developed an efficient expertise regarding difficult international negotiations. She is a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales and a fellow of the IAFL. She was an elected member of the Paris Bar Council between 2021 and 2023.
