Christina Heil is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ms. Heil joined Debevoise in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a corporate lawyer for another major U.S. law firm and as team manager for a leading digital legal services provider. During her traineeship, she worked as a trainee for the German Consulate General in Miami and for a major U.S. law firm in Frankfurt and New York City. She was admitted to the Frankfurt Bar in 2019.
