Daniel Sachs is a counsel and member of Brown Rudnick’s Dispute Resolution practice group. He specializes in the defense of class actions, government investigations, civil forfeiture, and white-collar matters. He was previously trial counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He represents companies, board members, executives and individuals in the digital asset, biotech, communications, sports, financial and defense industries.
