Diego Sierra

Diego is a partner of Von Wobeser y Sierra, where he leads the Anti-corruption & Compliance and Bankruptcy & Restructuring practices, in parallel with his Litigation & Arbitration practices. He is part of the ESG practice group. Diego has advised Fortune 500 companies in matters of anti-corruption, due diligence, litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy, and has participated in some of the most relevant anti-corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations of recent years in Mexico. He has successfully developed and executed highly complex cross-border litigation and arbitration strategies. And he has been involved in recent critical bankruptcy proceedings in the country. Diego is licensed to practice law in both Mexico and New York, where he worked as an international visiting attorney of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
