Multilingual and trained in both common law and civil law, Dina Prokic is a member of the Quebec and New York State bars. Having previously worked at the UN Commission on International Trade Law, as well as international law firms in London and Vienna, Dina acts primarily in the fields of international arbitration and litigation. Dina frequently advises on construction and shareholder-disputes. She has been involved in international and domestic ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, including under the ICC, ICDR, ICSID, LCIA and UNCITRAL Rules. Apart from her work as counsel, Dina also serves as secretary to arbitral tribunals in international and domestic commercial and investor-State disputes.
